Pulse

Support

Can't find it here? support@pulseahead.app

How Pulse works. Paste a Polymarket or Kalshi link, or type a stock ticker. Set how big a move you care about. Pulse watches it around the clock and buzzes your phone the moment it moves that far. You don't need the app open.

Setting up

What can I track?

You can also search by name instead of pasting a link.

What does "alert me when it moves" mean?

It's how far something has to move before Pulse bothers you, measured from where it was when you last got an alert about it.

After an alert, Pulse resets and measures from the new value. A market that drifts a long way in one direction gives you a series of alerts, one per step, rather than one alert and then silence, or a flood every time it twitches.

How many can I track?

The free plan tracks 5 at once. Remove one to add another.

Notifications

I'm not getting any

Work down this list:

Do I need to keep the app open?

No. The watching happens on Pulse's servers, not on your phone. Close the app, restart your phone, leave it for a week: alerts still arrive.

Why did I get several alerts about the same market?

Because it kept moving. Each alert is one step of the size you asked for. If it's too chatty, ask for a bigger move on that item.

Accounts

Do I need one?

No. Pulse works immediately with no sign-up. An account exists so your tracked list follows you to a new phone or to the web app instead of living on one install.

What happens to my list when I sign in?

Whatever you were already tracking on that device is merged into your account rather than replaced.

I forgot my password

Settings → type your email → Forgot password?. Open the link in the email, set a new password, and you're signed in. The new password works in the app and on the web.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account. It removes your tracked items, alert history, notification registrations and login permanently. There's no undo and no backup kept. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what's stored.

Prices and accuracy

A price looks wrong or stale

Pulse re-checks everything roughly every 45 seconds, so a value can be up to a minute behind. Stock prices come from a free market feed and can lag the official quote, and they don't move outside trading hours. If a market has closed or resolved, its value stops changing.

Is Pulse connected to Polymarket or Kalshi?

No. Pulse reads public prices and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any exchange or market. It never places a trade, moves money, or touches any account you hold elsewhere. It is a price watcher and nothing more.

Is this financial advice?

No. Pulse reports movement. It doesn't tell you what to do about it, and it makes no claim that anything it shows is accurate or complete.
